López Pigueiras took part in one of the most emblematic refurbishments undertaken in 2015. A project which has garnered significant coverage in the construction and architectural press, including AITIM (monograph on wood-based refurbishment) and PROMATERIALES.

The aim of the work was the fitting out of the architectural ensemble and the showcasing thereof through its use as a hotel, respecting the old construction features and endowing the spaces with functionality and comfort.

Our contribution took the form of supplying solid American oak flooring for the hotel rooms, bathrooms and common areas, such as the conference hall, as well as for various outdoors spaces, including the tower and the walkway from the tower to the parador, for which we supplied iroko floorboard with "visible fasteners".
